Today I went to Masham, North Yorkshire, to see a play - Holmes and Watson - The Farewell Tour and very good it was, too.
Oh, a really strange day's food today.
porridge
tuna salad sandwich in ciabatta bread
three pieces of toffee coated in chocolate (yes, I'd let my blood sugar get too low, whilst shopping in town)
an orange
a bowl of cornflakes
a few nuts and raisins
fish and about half a portion of chips
Verdict: not good at all, no no no.
