Biscuits and Sweets

I was at Leeds University this afternoon and I find I'm hungry all the time - - I try to eat healthier food but sometimes I just seem to reach for a biscuit - - - or sugar-free sweets - - sighh.

Today I ate:

porridge

four slices of malt loaf and butter

a banana

some almonds

a shortbread biscuit

an apple

half a quiche lorraine and some peas

a bowl of Cheerios

three sugar-free Werther's Original

Verdict: not too good. I just want to eat ALL the time!
