Friday 10 Feb

Well I started the day fairly relaxed (for me) but then ended it very stressed sighh.

And I ate:

Fruit and fibre

an apple

a raw carrot

mixed salad

a go-ahead bar

a slice of wholemeal bread and butter

some plain yogurt

Spag Bol with tinned tomatoes, fresh mushrooms and onion in it, with peas and pasta

a corner yogurt

some lychees

Verdict - - well, eight fruit and veg, anyway!
