No More Gliclazide!

I have missed a few days' writing here, in which I went to the doctor and was told that my blood result was good and I could come off the gliclazide, which makes me eat all the time - I've put on 6lbs in a few weeks and got rather dispirited.

But now I can work on losing it again!

Today I ate:

muesli

two small slices of white bread and jam

two raw carrots

some lettuce

an apple

a banana

two chicken burgers with half a tin of low-sugar baked beans

a bowl of strawberries with a bit of ice cream

three digestive biscuits

Verdict: Could be better, but not too bad.
