First Day Back in the Office

A very busy day and I tired my eyes out!

And I ate:

a bowl of Fruit and Fibre

a raw carrot

a bagel with peanut butter

two clementine-type things

a nectarine

some plain yogurt

some chocolate-coated raisins (I'd left lunch too late!)

Wholemeal pasta with bolognese and a bit of grated cheese (tomato, onions, in it and peas with it)

some raspberries and another nectarine

an orange

Verdict: Well LOTS of fruit and veg - - - shame about the chocolate-coated raisins!
