Saturday and Sunday with Chilli con Carne

A weekend of learning Italian and ironing!

Yesterday I ate:

Special K

Quiche Lorraine with green salad and tomatoes


Chilli con Carne (home made) with rice - made with tinned tomatoes and baked beans and peas and onions


Tub of chocolate mousse

Verdict: All fine till we got to the chocolate mousse!

Sunday: Our wedding anniversary!

And I ate:

porridge with frozen raspberries

an apple

two slices of toast with strawberry jam

two plums

a nectarine

four squares of white Caldey chocolate

Chilli con carne again with rice and peas

Raspberries with evaporated milk

Verdict: Well I shouldn't get scurvy!

A Kiwi fruit
