I went swimming today so didn't have my Gliclazide, and slept a lot to catch up on a lot of missed sleep recently.
And I ate:
porridge
a banana
Carvery lunch: turkey, roast and mashed potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower cheese, carrots, peas, swede, parsnip.
a hot cross bun
bowl of Kelloggs Special K red berries
an orange
Verdict: not bad, and plenty of fruit and veg - - just about 8 portions!
