I ate far more sweet things than usual today - I'm not sure why except I used up a lot of energy putting junk in a skip!
Today I ate:
a bowl of Cheerios with milk (QUITE SWEET)
a banana
a slice of breadmaker white bread with butter and peanut butter
a bowl of stewed rhubarb (no sugar)
two pieces of shortbread (SWEET)
a boiled egg
one and a half slices of breadmaker white bread with butter
another bowl of stewed rhubarb (no sugar)
an orange
a few chocolate mini eggs (WHAT ARE YOU DOING DAPHNE?)
Verdict - - TOO MUCH SUGAR!
