Today I worked in the office and finished filling the skip.
And I ate:
muesli
two slices of wholemeal breadmaker bread toast, with butter and a banana
an apple
three ginger biscuits
baked beans and a Marks and Spencers cheese and onion grill thingy
half a small honeydew melon
an orange
two chocolate-covered brazil nuts
Verdict: more veg would be good, but not too bad.
