Oops - another gap!

I just got overtaken by events - - - but I really DO want to continue with this blog - - so today I ate:

porridge

salad (leaves, tomato, cucumber, pepper) with gefilte fish balls already

two plain scones with butter

Spaghetti Bolognese - - home made with pasta and peas

Two Welsh Cakes

an orange

Verdict: Could be better but not bad at all AND I swam 70 lengths this morning!
