Okay, I don't know how I didn't write this yesterday.
Yesterday I ate:
muesli
a sausage sandwich (three sausages)
a lot of fresh peas
burger, fried onions, chips and peas
an orange
a nectarine
two apricots
Verdict: Too high in fat!
Today I ate:
muesli
fresh peas from pods
two slices of toast and a banana
two apricots
fish and half a portion of chips
an orange
Verdict: again, too high in fat - - I seem to be seeking comfort food as I've been feeling a bit below par.
