After a week of eating really rather too much food in Tenby, I'm back and trying to lose some weight before we go to Italy!
But I'm not on a diet really - just trying to go back to how I was before I was put on Gliclazide, which made me gain seven pounds in a few weeks.
Today I ate:
muesli (no sugar)
ham and tomato sandwich with salad cream
stick of celery
stewed blackcurrants, no sugar, with evaporated milk
fresh peas from pods
apple
Chicken Kiev, boiled potatoes, peas
half a melon
orange
nectarine
Verdict: Not bad at all - certainly plenty of fruit!
