My birthday today and I worked with some medical students in the morning and then went out for a lovely meal in the evening.
And I ate:
muesli
banana
small ham sandwich, two pieces of breaded chicken, two small veggie pancake rolls, slices of melon (Corporate lunch!)
Italian meatballs and penne pasta, a few chips, a bowl of salad
bread and butter pudding with raspberry coulis and cream
a nectarine
Verdict: Not too bad considering it was my birthday!
