I've still been pretty hungry today, though I enjoyed doing some gardening this afternoon.
Today I ate:
porridge
a banana
an apple
two slices of breadmaker toast with butter and peanut butter
three biscuits (two chocolate digestive, one digestive)
a custard cream (exciting biscuit detail here, I know)
a beef pie with green beans
banana with low-fat custard and dessicated coconut
an orange
two sugar-free Werther's Original sweets
Verdict: Could Do Better
