It was busy in the office today, training a new actor and doing lots of work.
Today I ate:
porridge
a banana
chunk of white cabbage (raw) and two small carrots
two scones with sugar-free strawberry jam
four Tuc biscuits (two twos sandwiched together!)
four sausages with half a tin of baked beans
fresh raspberries
an orange
Verdict: not bad on the fruit and veg, a bit high on the fat!
