I've had a wonderful time in France and Spain and am now back to checking on what I eat!
Today I ate:
a bowl of Dorset Cereal muesli - extra nutty
two slices of toast and marmalade (I'd been swimming and done 70 lengths)
a bowl of baked beans
a bagel with half-fat butter and sugarfree jam
an apple
pasta bolognese - home-made with wholewheat pasta and peas - - in it were onions, tinned tomatoes, tomato puree - - grated cheese on top
some cooked pears (thank you Amy)
and I'm just about to have an orange
Verdict: on target for 5 a day but rather too much bread!
