Today I was working at the University again and the parking was a nightmare - - but I managed it.
And today I ate:
porridge
four small slices of malt loaf with butter (oh yes, all the butter at home is half-fat, and just as well)
a banana
chilli con carne (made with minced beef, onions, tomatoes) with wholegrain rice and peas
an orange
a nectarine
three digestive biscuits
Verdict: not bad till I hit the biscuits. But it could have been worse.

I love the digestive biscuits with the choc on one side... but the non-choccy ones would be ok, wouldn't they?
